Kirk Aubry has a mission and a message: both you and your organization need to become transformational—when it’s time to change your business, get comfortable with the cold hard reality that it’s also about transforming you and it’s not a project with a beginning and an end. It’s about “Making Change a Habit!” Kirk speaks to organizations with a message of hope and optimism—that no matter how messy and frustrating it gets, there are ways to make it work. Throughout his career, he has worked with many well-known and respected companies.
Kirk, the author of soon to be published “The Emperor’s Tailor—A Story of Transformation!”, connects with audiences, speaking with the authenticity of someone who has transformed organizations from the outside in and from inside out. As VP of Transformation at $12 billion Textron Inc., Kirk led a global effort to reinvent the company’s structure, composition, operation and culture. This massive undertaking resulted in a tripling of Textron’s value. As Chief Operating Officer at automotive supplier Cadence Innovation, Kirk led a worldwide team of over 6,000. His unique perspective coupled with concrete insights and useful tools make for highly productive interactions—his sense of humor makes them fun and entertaining.
Kirk serves as a Board Member for several public and private companies, coaches CEOs of fast growing companies, and sits on an advisory panel to Inc. Magazine. He has a broad experience base and offers powerful insights in areas such as:
- Innovation
- Sales/Marketing
