The Emperor's Tailor—A Story of Transformation
The Emperor’s Tailor is conceptually based on the well-known fairy tale, The Emperor’s New Clothes. This adaptation is about change – personal and organizational change. The underlying premise is that organizational change doesn’t happen without personal change and that both are needed on an ongoing basis to sustain and grow – personally and organizationally. Creating a more successful, adaptive organization requires individuals to become adept at anticipating, creating and responding to changes in their environment. As a result, the organization and the people in it become more resilient.
